Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping Policy:
- Shipping within India is FREE irrespective of the number of items bought.
- Orders are delivered within 5 to 6 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
- Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at info@dvijstory.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during checkout depending on the location and dimensions of your order.
- Any customs charges or VAT has to be borne by the customer (our I/E code AAJCD8982A).
- Our delivery partner is based on the best available courier at the time of shipping.
- From 1st July 2021, VAT will be applicable on all shipments delivered in the EU. The duty and VAT have to be borne by the customers.
